We sold our car to carvana last year and got way more than we expected, so when it came time to buy another car again we gave them the first shot. So far our experience has been pretty great and most imperfections on the vehicle were shown although not all but nothing major to fuss about. I will say whom ever tried to detail it did a very poor job overall. Also there was one delivery delay but it was still delivered within the week of buying.

The negative issues I have is with the 150 point inspection. Engine air filter extremely dirty; engine oil needs changing; cabin filter need's changing. All these should have been done by Carvana. Body issues include: corrosion divers side door frame and underbody; front bumper panel pops out above 1/4" on left side. D/S front tire has a large cut on outside side wall . However vehicle drive good and the interior is in great shape.

The ease of getting approved and getting a car is great. When we received the car there were several things that were a little rougher / scratches and chips that were not mentioned in the original listing. One big one is that the headlights are fogged and chipping which was not mentioned at all. It wasn't a big enough deal to return the vehicle but a little disappointed that it wasn't clearly shown in photos.
