The best part of this was receiving the car. The driver that delivered the car was helpful & knowledgeable, he & the inspection team in Baltimore are the reason for 3 stars & not 2. After all of the hassle, i didn't care to check for scratches. It turns on & drives well. The buying process was frustrating the back end doesn't communicate with the customer advocates as smoothly as i would like. I seemed to be repeating myself & i spoke to at least 6 representatives. i was given a delivery date (so i returned my rental car the day prior). The day before my delivery date i get an email saying that upon inspection, the car was having issues and would not be delivered. I called and was told that actually the key had been lost. Over the next 5 days, many calls/claims were made. I was told that it would be 2 weeks before i got my car, but i could pick it up in Atlanta (i live in Maryland). I didn't know for sure that i was getting my vehicle until 5 hours prior. Imagine planning around that. I used Uber for the 4 days of confusion & racked up a hefty tab. By the time my car was delivered, i was ready to sign & never contact Carvana again. Happy that it's over. I love my car. Carvana did try to smooth it over but i would've faired better at a dealer. At least i would be able to channel my frustration at 1 person.
