The car I ended up getting rules. The key fobs were both broken. They sent a key repair person to my workplace, and he had them working in 20 minutes. There were other minor cosmetic imperfections I complained about. They offered to pay to fix them, but I was so happy with the whole experience, I did not even bother taking the car in for those tiny little things. I think a prospective Carvana customer should know that the taxes, tags, and title are covered in the advertised price. That made a huge difference to me, as I hate going to the DMV for any reason. Also the crew that does multi-point inspection must be great. This car seems to be in tip top shape and condition. The driver was quick, knowledgeable, courteous, and patient as I took a short test drive. The experience really was just like on the tv commercial. I got the car I was looking for, at the a great price, and got a really good value for my car, which was a lot more than I was expecting. The process still took awhile, but I would much prefer sitting at my house on the phone than in a dealership. This would be a 5 star, but they did reschedule my delivery a couple times, from Saturday to Tuesday morning, then Tuesday afternoon. Luckily I was available, but I can imagine for someone with less availability it would have been a hassle. The drop-off went smoothly other than that, and maybe took 15-20 minutes, including picking up my car. I haven't got my new plates yet, and I just got an email saying that because of the pandemic it may take longer, but I am a little worried, as most of the bad reviews I have read involve problems with registration.Read More4.5 OUT OF 5

Car salesman should be shaking in their boots because this is the future of buying cars. The only issue is that the market is insane right now and finding the thing you want is virturally impossible.
