I was able to view any vehicle I liked with the specific amenities and features. I loved the search feature because it helped me find exactly what I wanted by different criterion. Once I purchased, I picked up my vehicle and the process took no more than 20 minutes. I decided not to keep this vehicle and exercised my vehicle return agreement. The process was VERY seamless. I called and a rep help me find the vehicle I ultimately kept. It was delivered days later (and the other vehicle was picked up...it felt very good to be able to keep the car until the new car came so I wouldnt be without a car) and I am very happy with my decision! The process was very good for me. I dont much about cars and I like that these cars go through a rigorous inspection. I put my trust in that. I also appreciate the Carvana warranty. That gave me a piece of mind, for driving off the lot. Overall, my experience was excellent and Carvana does EXACTLY what they say they're going to do. I appreciate that. No hidden agenda. When the staff explains everything in detail and wants to reiterate the processes so you feel comfortable in the understanding of what the steps are going to look like? That's customer service. When you ask a question in the middle of their question and they stop, answer…get back on track? That's customer service. When you ask any question and they have an answer? That's customer service. We're not talking about one interaction. I talked to about 5 advocates over a 1 week period, and EVERY advocate was willing to lay down the facts, and be completely transparent with the details. I was suspicious of buying any used car without a test drive. Given I purchased a vehicle with 25k miles on it…it had a lot of life on it. Everything from the pictures matching to what I saw online… The condition of the vehicle… Overall… I felt like nothing was hidden from me. Also my trade-in was simple they paid me more than anyone else was going to. About 2200 more. Which is great! I traditional dealer was only offered me about 9000. I've read reviews about how the Carvana experience is nothing like a car dealership. Given all of those reviews are from a car dealership… Long story short this was perfect. I had a wonderful experience and I would buy another car again. Given it would have to be on the lower mileage side? Just so I can feel confident. But I've had no issues with the purchase experience. No delays in my registration. No delays whatsoever. Everything I read on the Internet seems to be a small percentage and I know the Frustrated people speak louder than the people that are happy. I am running out of things to say but.… That's all I have to say. I disagree with all of the bad experiences that I read. Thank you Carvana! During my 7 day test period, the car began exhibiting the need for an alignment and wheel balancing. I feel like these simple fixes should have been done before letting the car off the lot.
