Now hang on, the process was very easy and simple. Great car buying experience. I wish I could haggle the price a bit, but it's not a negative for me.
Now, I did pay for delivery of my car and it was delayed a week. I was told of this delay the NIGHT BEFORE the delivery was scheduled to occur. I was only give an apology, but no compensation for this delay. I paid for the specific delivery day and it didn't happen. As a customer I expect an apology and some sort of compensation; a cheaper delivery, PRICE a gift card to McDonald's, something.
Also, my car was dirty on the interior. The passenger speaker has, what looks like, rusty water drip marks on it. I would say it looks like uncleaned vomit, but I'll go with rust water for my own sake. And a few dirty spots on the visor.
I asked someone else about the cleanliness of their cars interior when they got their delivery and they said similar things.
I say this as areas to improve on for Carvana.
Right now it feels like they got you by the <expletive> because it's so easy to order a car.
The other aspects of the this car buying experience was easy peasy. The people I talked to, in person or via text, were nice people, professional-ish. It was a good experience.
