The process up to delivery of the car, was for the most part stress free. Upon delivery of the car an inspection was not done. Little things like tail lights not working, windshield wipers shredded and needing replaced, more dings and scratches on car than what was disclosed. I have two tickets in for headlight replacement (so foggy can not see at night, was not disclosed) and headliner fixing where it is coming down in the backseat (should have been caught and it was not disclosed) of course none of the tickets were fixed before the seven day money back was up. I haven't been to impressed with the Silverwork company that is heading up the repairs.
