Even had a full tank and another $25 visa gift card attached inside of the gas cap. The manual was missing and they express mailed one to my house free of charge. - Alexander G.DEC 26, 20162014 Ford F-150Darien, GAI just purchased a 2014 Ford F-150 leveraging the Thanksgiving Black Friday sale. The price alone was unmatched. I shopped at numerous local dealerships in Atlanta, GA and Charleston, SC and could not find one who could offer a comparable price for a similar model, year, mileage. The website was very user friendly and the images and degradations were exactly as advertised. I noticed one scratch that might have been a bit worse than listed, but everything else was either as listed or less of a factor. In short, the truck I received was the truck I saw online - Carvana was absolutely upfront and honest in their assessment. Perhaps the hallmark of my sale with Carvana was the customer service. My truck was originally supposed to be arrive on December 10th; however, due to an oversight, it missed one of its scheduled deliveries and so was not available at the time requested (it would have been hours late and I could no longer meet the Carvana rep as this pick-up was at a location 100 miles from my house). The Carvana team began working on a solution which at one point included shipping the truck direct to my doorstep (I live outside the 100 mile radius from a Carvana depot) free of charge, but when third party carrier delays dragged the delivery date beyond December 17th with the potential for another 1 - 2 weeks before possible delivery, the team explored new options. I could go on with how challenging this was given that I did not have a car at the time; thankfully I knew that there were multiple Carvana reps working hard to find a workable solution. In the end, they delivered the truck to a location within 50 miles of my house on December 19th and reduced the price by another $500. I cannot thank enough the following individuals who were extremely gracious and responsive throughout this process: Gabbie (with the Carvana customer service team in Phoenix), Erica (with third party deliveries), Shane (Jacksonville depot delivery manager), and Tom (Jacksonville depot delivery team). Each of these members spent significant time and energy to rectify the situation, and frankly turned what would have been a negative first time Carvana experience into one that I view positively. Carvana sources terrific cars and then delivers them in perfect condition with outstanding service. Thomas in the company's Orange Park, Florida office has been my on the ground contact and has done an amazing job..... twice! My first purchase was in July 2016 when I bought a minivan from Carvana while living in Shanghai, China. I flew into Jacksonville, Florida and had the car delivered at the hotel that next morning. It was perfect service, and the minor issues that arose afterwards were taken care of flawlessly and without hesitation. I will definitely use Carvana for my future purchases. Their selection of vehicles was fantastic and I loved being able to see the entire vehicle on the website. Completing all of the paper work and even uploading my Credit Union's check online made the buying process easy and convenient. We chose to pick up our car and the whole "vending machine" experience was just as exciting as we had imagined. My son LOVED it! After signing a few papers, we were able to get the keys to our new car which looked JUST as it did in the online pictures. James, at the Jacksonville location, was awesome! He even made my 3 year old a part of the car buying experience by grabbing him a Carvana hat and sunglasses, which made me love Carvana even more! The first time we called carvana and told we like this car, we told them that we are living in Texas and want to register it in Texas but we need the car to be delivered in Florida because we will be in Florida for 4 months and after that we will take the car with us to Texas. The girl said it is totally fine. We register it at Texas and deliver it to your address in Florida. We purchased it. Only 2 days before delivery someone called me from carvana and told we cannot register it in Texas because the car is shipped to Florida but Texas needs state inspection before registration. We should register it in Florida and you should pay $300 more because Florida registration is more expensive than Texas. If you dont know that you cannot register it in Texas and deliver it to Florida why at first day you said you could do that???? Why you wait until last minute to tell me?? This is very unprofessional. At the end they told me we register it in Texas but when you come back to Texas you should take the car to state inspection ( and on that time I should pay for state inspection!!!!) 2. At the delivery day they called me and told me your address is not a good location for delivery, we take uber for you to our location then you pickup the car from there. I said ok. When I was in uber driver accidentally ended the trip, so he called the person in carvana of Jacksonville and told her that if you pay me cash I will bring the passenger because I ended the trip, so there is no way to get paid by app. She told that we dont pay you cash and the uber driver dropped us off at a walmart parking lot!!!! We wait another 20 minutes for the next uber that the guy at carvana sent to our location! 3. I got the car and came home . The day after that I noticed that oil is everywhere in the parking! Yes! The car has oil leakage! I took the car to repair shop, paid $60 to inspect it and they told me the last guy that changed the oil broke something, so I should change the oil, change that broken part and pay to clean the car, because oil was everywhere!!! (Total cost $120!!!). This is how you inspect the car before delivery to customer? You did not notice oil leakage??? So how can customers trust you and your cars when you say we inspect cars before delivery to be sure everything is ok with the car? 4. During inspection the guy also told me tires are in really bad conditions and should be changed imminently ($1000 cost!!!). 5. I started calling carvana and silverrock for 100 times. After a week of calling they finally approved to pay for change if tires and leakage repair. But this car took 2 weeks of my time and energy to be ready to drive. 6. The car at time of delivery had only 1 key. The guy at Jacksonville office told me to buy a key and they will reimburse me for the cost of that! I did that and after 4 weeks finally I got my check, wasn't it easier for you to provide the key before delivery so I did not have to deal with getting another key and wait for the check for 4 weeks? I wont buy my car online in future. When I heard about Carvana, I researched them thoroughly. In February of 2018 I actually started the process of looking for a car. I had certain specifications and only wanted a particular color in exterior and interior. I would not settle for less. Carvana had the perfect car. I also researched and compared the prices of the Cadillac at other dealerships. Carvana had the car listed for at least 2000.00 less than the ones I researched. The ease of applying and getting approved was absolutely the best! I sat in my home and thoroughly went over the car just about everyday. The car delivered was the actual car and it had the few scratches as shown on the website. I had the option of picking it up or having it delivered. I had originally opted to pickup but due to personal circumstances I had to have it delivered. I did not have to payh anything to have it delivered and it was delivered directly to my front door. The customer service I experienced from my first phone call to them was awesome! Heather was great as she actually sent me pictures of my car to my cell phone from Jacksonville! I asked for them and she complied. James delivered my car and he explained everything to me in detail and was very nice. Carvana made the process painless and coordinated a lot of the information through my bank (for 3rd party financing). I picked my car up at the new Jacksonville tower and James and Johnrei handled everything with professionalism and a smile! After I discovered the lower part of my touchscreen didn't work, they were incredibly helpful with the process of getting it taken care of.
