I have never used an online car buying service. The selection and credit process was simple. The delivery person was on time and professional. After driving the car the first few times, I had to bring it to a repair shop. There was noticeable shaking while braking (at all speeds). The shop assessed that my new purchase needed 4 new rotors and brake pads. Additionally, the repair shop had to deal with Silver Rock insurance on every aspect/approval of work done. The car was in the shop for over two days during my 7 day return window. To say I was frustrated would be an understatement. I guess I assumed an inspection of the vehicle prior to sale would have caught this obvious defect. Otherwise, I would still shop Carvana going forward but would suggest an immediate inspection upon receipt, regardless of initial delivery.
