Obviously I'd rather shop online for a car than have to go into dealerships, especially for a car that's not very common and is no longer on the market in the US, but that's not the only things I loved about buying through Carvana. Throughout the purchase process I had several questions and needed a few extensions, and customer service was always SO helpful. (Shout out to my girl Heather, best phone calls ever!) My extensions were granted with no resistance, and if the representative I spoke to couldn't answer my question they would ask anyone and everyone until they had an answer for me. Overall a very comfortable experience for such a daunting purchase. Not to mention the 7-day guarantee easing my mind on anything that wasn't settled by the time my purchase went through! I may not have experience buying a car any other way, but I can't imagine it gets better than this.
