I looked all around because, I knew what car I wanted but I was looking for a good deal. I found a car I wanted and it was on carvana, it was a good deal and before I knew it I was done purchasing the vehicle. I purchased as 2015 BMW 328i, the service was fabulous once I received the vehicle. The only 2 issues I experienced was 1) I was told there were BMW floor mats with the vehicle and there were non - I was told they were ordered and I would receive them in 3 weeks which seems odd to me. 2) vehicle registration has been a bit of a issue with the Boston group - they are new and will get this process down at some time in the future

I've had my car for about a week now and I am still in love with the car and the whole process. From buying the car to the delivery, it was so easy!!! My car came exactly as shown and even better looking than I had hoped. Huge shout out to Christopher L'Heureux who works in the Boston location and who delivered my car!! I messed up and didn't have the RMV-1 and he waited at his office until my insurance company could fill it out and email it to him so he could print it for me to sign since I didn't have a printer at home! I will definitely use Carvana in the future and tell all my friends and family!!!!
