The vehicle is great, but i was disappointed with a 4 day delay on the delivery of the vehicle. i really needed the vehicle when it was originally scheduled to arrive on the weekend. After driving the car the first few times, I had to bring it to a repair shop. There was noticeable shaking while braking (at all speeds). The shop assessed that my new purchase needed 4 new rotors and brake pads. Additionally, the repair shop had to deal with Silver Rock insurance on every aspect/approval of work done. The car was in the shop for over two days during my 7 day return window. To say I was frustrated would be an understatement. I guess I assumed an inspection of the vehicle prior to sale would have caught this obvious defect. Otherwise, I would still shop Carvana going forward but would suggest an immediate inspection upon receipt, regardless of initial delivery.Read More4.0 OUT OF 5

This time was not the same I had 3 delays to the existent that I went to the Boston hub and picked it up myself and it was dark so I didn't see the tint was too dark for my state it didn't have the floor mats so they threw some cheap ones down and there was a scrape on front not to mention the service light came on and off on my ride home. The first time car was clean inside and out I had 2 keys with a Carvana key chain they gave me a Carvana cup and sanitizer for inside. This time seemed thrown together. Choosing a car and getting pre-approved for financing were simple and straightforward, and once we ordered the car everything was transparent, easy, and with the minimum of hassle.
