Luckily it was done and ready for pickup the next day. I picked it up only to be told there was more damage to the vehicle that was not previously mentioned. They did however approve the issues to be fixed, but i would have to take time and gas money to schedule an appointment and drop my car off to have them repaired. I've only had the car for 7 days and already have had to issue multiple repairs and issues i fiund with the car. The most important issue being the alignment. It was so bad it was actually dangerous. The car would pull aggressively when turning or switching lanes. They say the car is put through a 160 point inspection but i highly doubt it is, or i happen to be a rare car that got away from the inspector. Not even my 12v port in my console works. The console itself is broken and does not open or shut properly. The only issue carvana claimed regarding the car were 2 very minor scratches. Let you tell you they were far from wrong. 9 issues have been reported since i picked up the vehicle. They have been great and very helpful throughout the issues and fixing them. I just wish i could enjoy my car without needing to hustle to appointments for repairs. 8/10Read More4.5 OUT OF 5

It was a little weird at the time of pick up because the car was already on the ground charging. Instead of just bringing it to me they took quite a while trying to get it loaded into the "vending machine" just to bring it right bravo down. So wasn't really respectful of my time in my opinion probably added 20 minutes. Then after getting the car I needed them to clean something off the exterior drivers door which looked like red lollipop. They did it so that was cool. The only other frustrating thing is the customer satisfaction things they won't do to help a customer keep a car after the trial period. Disclosure: I did keep the car! But I asked about getting the Tesla roof tinted as I had no idea how hot the sun was coming thru the ceiling glass, I mean the glass is really dark so you'd assume it keeps out the heat. Let me tell you it absolutely does not only UV! My head was sweaty 10 minutes into the drive (I'm 6 foot 5), so I asked if this is something Carvana could do. I mean I just bought a $60k car I don't think it's unreasonable to ask. The answer was no. That's was pretty disappointing and a reason I'd probably do a traditional dealership for a future purchase where I know a request like this would be seriously considered.Read More3.5 OUT OF 5
