As for the purchase process, it was a bit bureaucratic, and they took a while to analyze the documents. But otherwise, I recommend it. So far I'm satisfied with the purchase, it's only been 8 days since the car arrived. I started looking at carvana and then went to other places thinking they were priced higher then their competition, but after a month of searching I realized they are actually lower priced if not same as a few others. Most places have so many hidden fees on top of their advertised prices!! I didn't finance so I can't speak for that side of carvana. So buying a car outright was a very pleasant experience. I was Nervous until I decided to buy. I then realized not only that I have 7 days to return. If I wasn't happy, I could exchange the car up to 3 times or get my money back. And that was so comforting!! Aaron from the verification dept called me and made me feel very confident in the process and was very nice and informative!! I got the car within 2 days Ashley was very helpful and the day of delivery and kept me informed. I kinda wish I did the vending machine lol but Ashley was super cool and helpful!! I pointed out something that wasn't right and at delivery informed carvana at fixing it. They emailed me and I'm getting it fixed as well as a couple other minor things she gladly helped with!! They have been awesome and no one spams you!! I had to write this review for others like me that aren't sure!! SO I SAY GO FOR IT!! This has been the most stress free and awesome car biting experience by far!! And I've bought quite a few vehicles in my life!! I also did get pre approved for financing. Really fast as well. But I didn't take that route!! I'm in Florida and I did see people saying something negative and I have no idea why. It's been a little over a week and I just got notified my registration and tag are being FedExed already!! Just can't say enough about Carvana!! THANK YOU FOR THE BEST EXPERIENCE!!
