I want to give a HUGE thank you to the two Carvana advocates who helped me through this process, Tarica (Tari) W. and Connie S., you two rock and I probably wouldn't have gotten to purchase my vehicle without your help.
The reason I left a star off is because this process was not as easy as I thought it would be. Primarily because I used a small bank and was not able to take the easy route (in terms of financial verifications) with Carvana's Plaid shortcut. It was such a process to get on a three-way phone call with the bank, just to have it not work. Thankfully Tari was patient with me and walked me through the only option I had left.
I also had no way of tracking my delivery, or way to contact the deliverer, because the tracking never was updated for me on the app. Although the delivery of my car was delayed, the person who dropped my car off was amazing (name unknown, but thank you!). It's been a few weeks since purchase and now I am jumping through the final hoops of registration. I can't wait to be done submitting all of these documents!
