The financing is a little steep, but I was happy to pay it because I didn't waste precious time at a dealership playing all of their games. The app tracking didn't really work (it also listed two different times and I chatted with Carvana and they were able to confirm the right time) and I didn't get a notification but I did get a very friendly phone call from Jill. She was great! Very professional and explained what would happen after she arrived with the vehicle. She told me she was up for a promotion and she absolutely deserves it!
