It took a lot of phone calls, but once I got everything going, it went by very smoothly. The first car I initially wanted was listed as a manual transmission, but actually was not but I talked to an associate and she helped me fix the issue and got me an even better car! They also were willing to offer a better deal for my car than a dealership and at car max. They came by with the car and while I took it for a test drive, they took a look at my trade-in. By the time I got back, she had my old car ready on the truck to go. The paperwork was easy and simple. They even register your car for you so no hassle at the dmv which I appreciate. It took a while to get the car delivered but only because they wanted the vehicle up to their standards. I truly am grateful to Carvana for taking my trade-in for a great price and selling me a great car that came with a drinking cup and coupon to give to a friend. I highly recommend them.
