The negative issues I have is with the 150 point inspection. Engine air filter extremely dirty; engine oil needs changing; cabin filter need's changing. All these should have been done by Carvana. Body issues include: corrosion divers side door frame and underbody; front bumper panel pops out above 1/4" on left side. D/S front tire has a large cut on outside side wall . However vehicle drive good and the interior is in great shape.

From pre-qualifying to license plates arriving, it was pretty straightforward. The only hiccup was that my first solid delivery date that I chose after my contract was signed got bumped and rescheduled without my input for six days later. But other than that… So! Easy!

Carvana experience was very good, streamlined, and intuitive. Jones at the pickup tower was very kind and helpful and made the pickup experience wonderful. My only gripe was it took 5 people to get the last bit of paperwork to process. The 5th guy who I had to call over the phone did the paperwork, and helped with so much more than any of the others. An otherwise notable experience marred by a few silly mistakes easily able to be avoided.
