This is my second vehicle, and the first purchase I make for myself. I was excited to be notified when my dream truck became available. Paid slightly over MSRP, but it's what you can expect. It's a trade off, either pay slightly more or wait over a year from the dealer. Positives: Customer service is incredible. Can't speak highly enough about it. From those answering the phone to the gentleman delivering the vehicle. The whole process was incredibly convenient. Only negative- the truck was not thoroughly inspected. There was a spill in the backseat that only showed under the seats that was still sticky. The delivery driver was frustrated too and said they would provide a $100 card to cover detailing expenses. Truck started up with a good amount of condensation in the exhaust- they offered to have it inspected. Carvana offered (did not have to ask) to correct any mistakes and I am satisfied with my purchase.
