Best.car.buying.experience.EVER!!! I researched cars for weeks and was dreading the whole process. In my online research I found Carvana and immediately thought it was too good to be true. THEN I found out that my credit union partners with Carvana as their car buying service. The entire process was a breeze! Carvana was quickly responsive to every question I had. I bought a Camry online and because I live in Atlanta I was able to use the vending machine and it was a great experience! AND my mechanic said it was in excellent condition. I had been wanting a hybrid so I called Carvana before the end of the 7 day test drive and they were on board! We immediately locked in a hybrid Camry and made the switch two days later…super easy! When I took it to a hybrid specialist he said that every car he has assessed from Carvana has been in great condition. Without exception, every team member I encountered was positive, professional, upbeat, and genuinely intent on me making a choice with which I'd be happy (rather than just making a sale). What a novel idea!

This was my first time buying a car online. Needless to say, I was nervous. But the process was very smooth. And I loved not having to deal with any pushy salespeople. If I didn't like the car, I could return it, which made me feel comfortable buying a car unseen. In the end, I really liked the car I got. Carvana has been great to deal with. I'd recommend them to anyone!

This 2014 Camry was listed by Carvana with at least two "level 1 imperfections," defined as those associated with normal wear and usage. The two pictured imperfections were scratches, one at the bottom of the front bumper and the other at the bottom of the body trim just aft of the front wheel well. I could not even see the scratches in the picture, so I assumed they were minor. When I took delivery of the car, I indeed saw some minor imperfections in those areas (actually, rock chips on the front bumper). Given that my visual inspection was consistent with the pictures, I accepted the car. It was only after the 7-day return period had passed that I got down on my hands and knees to look more closely. I found the front bumper not only was scratched, the paint was totally scraped off in several spots across much of its width where it wrapped under the front, suggesting the front end had been run up over a high curb or something similar. I also discovered that the side body trim at the bottom behind the wheel well was not just scratched, it had a crack about 3 inches long. This too was were the body wrapped under, so it (and the bumper damage) was not visible until I got down close to the level of the defect. (I am 6' 4", almost 60 years old with some back and knee problems that make it somewhat difficult to get down that low. My height made the defects impossible to see even after leaning over.) Meanwhile, I also noticed that the right side of the front bumper had popped out slightly where it attaches to the fender. Upon closer inspection it appears that there are two broken tabs that apparently are used to attach the bumper edge to the fender. My guess is that the stress of the impact that scraped the underside of the bumper front edge broke those tabs. I readily admit that I should have inspected the car more closely sooner. But I am disappointed that Carvana was not more forthcoming in their ad in both the quality of the picture showing the flaws (or, rather, not showing them) and in the categorization of them as normal wear and usage; this is not normal wear and usage for a two year old car, in my view. And I would have thought the thorough inspection process that Carvana touts would have caught a loose bumper and led to getting it fixed. Frankly, I probably would have returned the car if I had noticed these flaws sooner. Lesson learned for me. Now that the complaint is out of the way, I do want to commend the purchase and delivery process and the representative who delivered the car. The process was smooth and the representative kept me informed of delivery details. He even called my attention to a previously-unidentified rock chip in the windshield (possibly incurred during transport), had it fixed before delivery, and provided a written lifetime replacement guarantee on the windshield in case it spread and cracked.

My over all experience with Carvana was thrilling. The longest and most difficulty was picking out the car that I wanted. Caravna is my new dealer.

One week into my purchase. I purchased and then a delivery delay caused me to pick up while enroute to spring vacation. Ok delivery delay was because of my financing approval by my credit union. . i left trip driving my old car and picked a newer car after only 1/2 hour at vending machine and my own financing set up in advance. I already put 2k miles on new car.

Excellent customer service, everyone I interacted with was incredibly helpful. The process was super simple, and I absolutely love my car!
