I was skeptical at first but kept coming back to Carvana because they seemed to have the best inventory of low mileage cars. I finally saw one I couldn't resist so I reserved it to begin the process. Overall, everything went smoothly although it did take a little longer than I expected for them to prep the vehicle. Finally, the day arrived and instead of having my new vehicle delivered, they called and asked if I could drop by to pick it up because they were behind schedule. When I arrived the vehicle had some cosmetic issues that weren't pointed out on their website. This is where I was really impressed, my advocate brought out someone to talk with me regarding my concerns. I left the vehicle with them, essentially pausing the process to see if my concerns could be resolved before committing. They not only addressed my concerns but went the extra mile to exceed my expectations. I bought the vehicle and thrilled to have found a one owner, low mileage, no accident vehicle in the color I wanted! The process takes longer than it should, but I was happy with the outcome.
