Writing this review will be the most time consuming part of purchasing our Land Cruiser from Carvana. After having a car selected at a local dealer and everything negotiated, the dealer called us (en route) to inform us that someone else was buying the car. Land Cruisers just don't hit the market too often.
When we arrived home, there was an identical one (save for having fewer miles) on Carvana that someone had on hold. After watching the clock count down for 25 minutes or so, from the moment it became available to the moment we had delivery scheduled was no more than ten minutes. TEN MINUTES. I'd never experienced such a stress free vehicle shopping experience in my life. I mean, not even close. It was in the same difficulty level as tying your shoes or brushing your teeth. We will never buy another way.
