I am still in disbelief at how easy this process was on both sides of the transaction! They are very upfront about everything and the best part was not having to deal with a dealership. I also love that the person who dropped off my car and reviewed our trade in was a woman. I would recommend getting the car inspected by a third party within your 7 day return period, if there is anything found you can get it fixed for free with one of their authorized shops or return. They check in with you during the week to make sure you know where you are within your return period. We got ours inspected and nothing was wrong with the car. The only thing I will note is that the car wasn't immaculate when it got dropped off, it was definitely clean but a couple spots were missed. It was very insignificant and didn't change my opinion but thought I should mention it. All in all would 100% recommend and will be using them for any future car purchases

There is nothing like Having your car delivered, test driving and signing paperwork within one hour. The hardest part is waiting for delivery, and even that is quick.
