I will admit I was a little skeptical of the process, but was it was a smooth and friendly experience. I first lady that I spoke was very knowledgeable and friendly. She answered all of my questions about what was expected during the process. She even called the next day to follow up and see if I had any more questions or concerns. The second guy I worked with was friendly but did not go over anything with me. The only issue I had with Carvana was the car being delivered with a worn rotor and brake pad on the front. The got there insurance company involved to get it repaired. One of the repair shops near me was Firestone. These guys wanted to replace all 4 tires, rotors, and brake pads. They argued with Carvana's insurance company and was holding my new car. I had to get rude with the gentleman and told him to change just what was necessary. Beside a third party company that Carvana uses for repairs, the process was painless.
