This process was so smooth and easy, I was scared the whole time that something was very wrong because it felt too good to be true. But it really was that smooth and easy!! They had the car I wanted at a price I could afford, offered me well over the KBB for my old car to trade-in, and the finance terms were just right for me. I will definitely never buy from a dealership again. I had one hiccup with my contract but I called their customer service and Steven fixed it, apologized, explained it to me, and as an added plus he was the most pleasant customer service rep - he was not fake but authentic and so kind and friendly. Lanaé actually delivered my car 2 hours earlier than scheduled which was AWESOME! She was very thorough, professional and warm. The only thing was she did not offer me to test drive it when she delivered it. BUT this was fine, considering I had 7 days to drive it and return if needed. You can't beat that. She was so thoughtful, she had included a little gift of an Easter bucket with candy for my kids! She was also empathetic when I told her my old car I was trading in was my mom's who passed away a couple of years ago. She acknowledged it was probably a little hard for me to let it go and assured me Carvana would find a "good home" for it. That meant a lot. She explained everything slowly enough and in plain language for me to understand when we went over the paperwork. I have LOVED everything about my new car so far! This was the first time in my life I've bought a car completely by myself and Carvana made it a pleasant, easy experience. I've recommended to everyone I know that they should consider Carvana before going to a dealership. I never left my home for any part of the process and every part of it was a positive enjoyable experience.
