Used Cars with Premium Sound

I love the process however the length of time it took me to find the right car was a disappointment when it finally came time to receive it. I waited almost 2 weeks for delivery and the day before, I received a call saying that you were short handed and I would have to go to the vending machine to pick it up when I had delivery arranged. When picking up the car, I was once again disappointed to find out that I was misled during purchase that the car had premium sound. A Huge Factor in picking this particular car (advertised online Bose 13 speaker surround sound) but had factory sound. the online description and pictures of the door dig and nicks did not appear as serious as they really were in person. The car did not have floor mats either but the gentleman at the facility offered to have them mailed to my home. I love the car itself. The ride, and other features and I did settle and keep it simply because I had already sold my other vehicle and did not want to go through the process again. I just feel like their should have been an offer to upgrade the sound system for me. I would still recommend you all because I'm sure my experience was more than likely an anomaly but darn my luck!

Financing was very easy but.... Car was delivered to me with a tire pressure light on. Less than 24 hours later the tire went completely flat while driving on a busy interstate. Car was noted with features such as leather, navigation, premium sound and blind spot monitoring.. none of which were on the vehicle. Also a chunk was taken out of the back bumper which wasn't notated. I understand this is a used vehicle but if people are buying online site unseen, it better be accurate. I wasted so much time with driving to get the vehicle and then breaking down that he small amount given to me for your mistakes is unacceptable.
