Viewing vehicles on line with Carvana is easy, holding a vehicle for possible purchase is also easy. I had to complete the online paperwork twice since on the day of delivery I was told I had not done so. Not major, but bothersome. Lady who brought vehicle was very personable and waited while an inspection of the vehicle was done. I did not find the online description of the vehicle to be complete and wound up listing numerous things that had been overlooked when the description was written. Also, the truck needed additional cleaning. I am not unhappy with Carvana, but I do think vehicles need to be better inspected to reveal all of the nicks, rust, flaws, missing parts that should be in their report for online viewing.
