I had a great experience with this purchase of a Maserati Ghibli with 14,009 miles on the odometer. My first vehicle was damaged during transport, and another vehicle was easily switched at my request. I ended up with a better deal and a very very low mileage vehicle. The only negative thing was the amount of damages not reported on the vehicle. There were only 3 reported damages to the paint in the ad. There are at least 15 rock chips and 2 scratches to the clearcoat over 2 inches long. Also, under the front bumper on driver side there is significant scrapes through the paint and into the plastic that were not disclosed, although not a deal breaker as it is not even visible unless you are looking under the car. Otherwise no one will ever know its there. The third brake light had about 4 LED bulbs out but carvana is taking care to get that fixed, again not a deal breaker just something that could have been caught before sold. Overall I am extremely pleased with the delivery and customer service of carvana. Very informative when I had questions and always kept me up to date with info on my purchase when I called. Not to mention a great financing rate for credit just under 700. I ended up putting 12k down and lowered my payment substantially. Carvana is a great way to purchase a vehicle if you dont like haggling with dealerships! Thanks Carvana!!

A first time buyer from Carvana I would recommend them. People on phones extremely polite and helpful. However, Carvana needs disclose issues with cars better example my car had problems with interior leather pulling away from door. Like one key fob broke the model i bought they are thousand dollars apiece. This will enable buyer as more informed decision before we go through the process before buy and inspection. Like the limited warranty. I understand they are used cars. I believe strongly, a well written description of items that are wrong with vehicle give me or any other buyer better decision making process. Not just check marks on sheet inspection is not enough. the uploading process a little difficult for me, your staff very helpful in accomplishing this. Of the seven days of inspection 3 days were in Maserati dealership other days it snowed so didn't drive car much. Carvana did give an extension though. I believe Carvana tries to please there customers. You have a great team of people.

I will say, I have owned many nice vehicles in the past, Mercedes, Jaguar, BMW,Lexus etc. I have dealt with "high end dealerships" that offer you lattes while you wait. And I have never been so impressed as I am with Carvana. I bought a Maserati from them and had some issues with the car. They went above and beyond any car company I have ever seen to address and fix things! I am honestly floored at the level of care these guys had with me. I can't believe I'm saying this but I'm buying all my cars from Caravana going forward. The only sad thing is I never got any swag. Just a Keychain lol. I would have been a great advocate for them, as I live in Florida and we can't do the 500 referral due to state laws. But way to start taking over the car market!
