Carvana review
To say that we were skeptical of the entire Carvana process is an understatement.
For those of you who have spent many hours in a dealership only to leave with more than you bargained for, all I can say is this was a really pleasant experience.
No pressure no expectations other than to help you in the buying process. Our sales advocate Shelby was fabulous.
Best experience I have ever had in buying a car and I have bought many! After I did all of my research through Carvana, YouTube, and dealerships (looked at new cars), I decided to buy my 2020 RX 450 H F Sport. I also did all of my research on my trade-in for my 2012 LS 460. Carvana by far gave me the best trade in value.
The process only took one hour and 15 minutes on the phone from start to finish. You can also do this online. We had choices for scheduling our delivery date. It was that simple. On delivery day the driver, Shannon was on time, courteous and attentive.
We reviewed the car all around in and out and took it for a test drive. We were extremely happy.
Although there were a few mars that were not indicated on the website, Carvana is handling that for us. The driver loaded my LS onto his truck and drove away. The process was that simple.
Frequently I receive inquiries from Carvana regarding how I like the car, do I want to keep it, and then congratulations on my new vehicle. Now I'm in the registration process.
Carvana definitely makes car buying easy and painless.
