The buying process was very easy. Everyone at Carvana was very helpful. Kept in touch with us and made sure we had everything in order before delivery. The car wasn't detailed before delivery, appeared to be just washed. There was a few more "IMPERFECTIONS " then they showed on the net. If they did a 150 point inspection, they missed quite a bit. As a A.S.E. auto technician, I urge anyone to have a vehicle checked by a technician. We had a few issues with the car, but the warranty company stepped up more then I expected and my wife is very happy. Its her car. All in all, it was a good experience and would do it again. Have recommended Carvana to a few people.
