So, I had heard a lot of things about Carvana. Quite a few negatives in fact. I took the chance and had an amazing experience with Carvana. Their customer service personnel (each and every one) were VERY helpful and polite. I had heard bad things about not getting registrations and license plates for several months. In fact, my bank wouldn't finance me for that reason. Well, I got mine a week before the temporary tag even expired. I have zero bad things to say about Carvana.

The car was well priced and exactly what was specified. It was delivered on time. The only problem was minor... Automated text messages from Carvana are inaccurate and misleading. You have to call Carvana. The reps are knowledgeable and friendly and patient. But there are automated messages generated by Carvana which are useless and sometimes cause confusion. Ignore them. Just call. It's a pain to call, but you get accurate information. Do not rely on automated messages or even the boilerplate information on your dashboard. Other than that, the service and product are very good, so I give it 5 stars despite the minor glitches.

The process was easy as long as I was on the website. Even with help from my Carvana guide we could not get the app to work properly and a ticket was put in but still no resolution. Having said all of that, the car I purchased is fantastic and as described. Carvana gave me a fair amount on my trade in which save me the headache. I will never shop at a dealer lot again!

I had never heard of CARVANA until my visit to Phoenix to see my sister. It was there that I saw the big new building they call their vending machine. Well here we are several months later and I started searching for a vehicle. The process I experienced here at CARVANA was professional and easy. As one from the generation of face to face and a handshake I was skeptical, but they truly made it easy. The search function and the filters were awesome, it made it easy to pinpoint exactly what we was looking for. I ended up financing with them and received a rate that was much more competitive than any local dealer I had spoke with. I will be buying another vehicle through them in the not to distant future.
