I fear for dealerships across the country because the carvana experience is legendary. The cost of the vehicle was significantly cheaper than neighboring dealerships in my area and I was nervous at first trying them but wow. They appraised my trade in online, honored the price of it in person, advocates walked me every step of the way over the phone and even accepted my private financing from credit union. The car came on the delivery day as promised and my trade in was picked up same day. They promised me 2 keys and only showed up with one but they referred me to their warranty company silver rock and the local Infiniti dealership replaced my key via the silver rock carvana warranty at no cost to me. I recommend everyone to only use carvana in their search for a new car. This is the most frictionless experience I've ever had buying a car. Oh and they even had a nice gift set that came with my car including keychains, water bottle, mints, candy And more. The little touches like this made me a firm believer. Highly recommended.

I bought a 2014 Infiniti QX60 and loved shopping online and the process was super easy! Unfortunately, I had to spend $500 on brakes and pads and the service shop has had the car for over a week 'for repair of the DVD player, the seat heater, Bluetooth and turn signal light. I am also missing DVD remote and headsets that are required to use the player.

I bought a car, traded in my car and financed with Carvana after a couple weeks checking out cars on various dealership websites. The vehicle feature search abilities and high definition pictures found on the Carvana website blow everyone else out of the water and the entire purchase process took ~ 45 minutes! They delivered my car for free to my front door nearly 100 miles from their facility and took away my trade-in vehicle at the trade-in price quoted online without fuss. The 7-day test drive had none of the pressure of a dealership test drive and allowed me plenty of time to decide on my own if the car was for me. After my mechanic gave the thumbs up, I decided to keep the car.

I recently purchased a QX60 and it was the easiest process I've ever had purchasing a vehicle. I really enjoyed not having to deal with a salesperson or sitting in a dealership for hours. I choose to finance through my bank because I got a better rate and even coordinating all that was easy. I specifically choose to go through Carvana and not another online venue because I liked how they were upfront about any flaws that were on the vehicle. The one I purchased had a mark on the back bumper which Carvana told me about and had an upclose picture so I could check it out. It was fantastic. There are no other wear and tear flaws on the vehicle. So I felt like Carvana is thorough and detailed... living up to their claims. I also really like the ability to return the vehicle up to 7 days, 400 miles with no charge. I feel like it takes driving something for a few days to really make sure it is what you want. Overall it was a great experience and I will do it again! I have a couple areas of improvement. The online listing had navigation listed in the vehicle description, but it does not have the navigation system. I didn't call Carvana about it though because the listing was removed by the time I realized the vehicle didn't have it and I had no way to prove to them the error. I'm sure it was just an oversight. The navigation was not a priority to me, so I could care less that it doesn't have it. Also, one of the headlights was burned out. It surprised me that they didn't catch this, but maybe it happened between the time that they did their inspection and when I got the vehicle. Maybe that can be something the double check before they load it up for delivery.
