Used Ford

This was my first time buying a vehicle on-line, so I was a bit leary. However, it was a very good experience. The customer service department was very professional and helpful. I would suggest that people make sure they have either a smart phone with a good camera or a computer with scanner to deal with the paperwork that has to be submitted (driver's license; copy of title, if trading in a vehicle, etc). I had technology problems on my end (pics weren't very clear) so had to resubmit. Delivery was as scheduled and the vehicle arrived very clean with no "hidden" issues.

I was looking for a truck with very specific features. Carvana found one with everything I needed, and very low mileage at a great price.
