Let me start off by saying that I like Carvana, the idea of not dealing with a dealership and I would use Carvana again. But it's only fair to be honest in my feedback so there are some concerns I have. One, there were some issues with my purchase. Delivery date had to be changed, warranty company changed and Carvana thought I was trading a car in but wasn't. Each of these issues caused me to have to resign my contracts. I signed them 4 times. Two, I received conflicting emails. I would get emails saying "all is good" followed with "please call us" and once I called they didn't know why I was told to call. Three, once I made my purchase there was no initial confirmation email. So I ended up calling Carvana a couple days later to make sure all was good. Four, the advertised timeline for car delivery was misleading. I believe the car I bought said I could receive in as little as 5 days but it took 13 days from purchase to delivery. Five, the detailing of the car missed some key spots. I had to clean the interior of the car after delivery because there was some kind of film all over the car and some areas were ignored completely. I also changed out the in cabin air filter. I was extremely gross. It was dark brown and covered in leaves, receipts and other junk. How would that have been overlooked? I also replaced the blower motor because it was overworked and covered in debris as well. So why do I like Carvana? I believe it was a good deal. Even with the issues I had, I have had similar issues at dealerships but I still saved a ton of time. All in all I am happy with my purchase but I do believe they have some details to iron out to the best they can be.
