The BMW iDrive infotainment system is functional enough, though it lacks a touchscreen (which some may even consider an advantage) and while it supports Apple CarPlay, it does not support Android Auto.
No crash test results
The BMW 4 series convertible is outfitted with many modern safety features, both standard, like automated emergency braking and forward collision warning, and optional like self-parking assist and adaptive cruise control. Nonetheless, neither the Insurance Institute for Highway Safety (IIHS) nor the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) have yet conducted any crash tests on the 2020 BMW 4-series convertibles.
