From the moment I was shopping for a car, it was a straight forward experience. Its all in the writing and post. No negotiation or hidden fees, Its all there for one to choose. It explains in detail all the faults or imperctions on the car. Very transparent. You can always call if you have any questions. The sale pitch form me was the 7 day grace period for you to drive the car and feel if this is the car you want. After that first day I drove it out of the vending machine it was the least painful car purchase I have ever made. Carvana is the zen experience.

Seriously this was amazing. After trading in my car and buying a new vehicle from them, I legit went back inside asking what more needed to be done because it was that easy. My car ended up missing a spare tire, I called and they immediately mailed me a check to replace the spare. Seriously don't go to a dealership, buy from carvana!!!

Very helpful customer service, either over the phone or text which adds convenience, if you have any questions just text their number and they will get back to you asap. Awesome delivery experience too! Driver was nice and answered some of my questions too. Love my car and if its time for me to buy another car, I would definitely buy from Carvana again.

I would recommend Carvana to anyone who was looking for a new used vehicle. I absolutely loved the convenience of the process but it was very buyer friendly also. Everyone I spoke to was helpful and knowledgeable and the communication between Carvana and myself was fantastic!
