On Tues.Dec 28th took delivery of vehicle. The person delivering the vehicle gave me an envelope with documents to get notarized and mail back to Carvana I also gave the person my insurance binder for the vehicle. I had the document notarized and sent off on Dec. 30, 2021. I do not know if these documents arrived are not. I have received two E-mails from Carvana stating they would send me another envelope with documents to get notarized by FED X. I have not received anything to this day the14th. Also, it stated I needed another insurance binder for the vehicle which I clearly gave to the delivery person it was NECESSARY before the vehicle was turned over to me. It is Jan 14th today. I called a representee of Carvana yesterday on the 13th. He said he would work on this for me and talk to the Registration department and get back with me today and also give me a tracking number for the envelope from Fed X. As of 3:45 today on the 14th nothing has happened. Does this happen to other customers? On this part of the process as for me this is a total failure.

The process was very easy and Jasmin was awesome once I got my vehicle but it was delayed close to two weeks and was almost further delay until I called in for help. Now I'm waiting on more delays for the registration so I can get my car PA inspected.
