I was hesitant, because who likes buying a car without seeing it in person or without test driving it to make sure it is what you want. Carvana's 7 day money back guarantee eased my mind and took away the anxiousness for me. So happy that I didn't have to use that guarantee (I love my new car) but it was nice that it was an option just in case. I like the fact that when I have a question or concern, I can simply send a text and speak to a human being without having to call and wait on hold for "The next available agent" blah blah blah.
