After some online car shopping I decided to go with Carvana. Their selection was fairly priced according to market pricing (albeit the high end of fair pricing). The finance options were also easy. Everything was completely transparent and easy. For someone who has until now purchased cars cash this was nice. The woman who delivered my car was friendly and thorough in making sure my questions/concerns were answered. The only thing that Carvana fell short on was my delivery was late. Which ended up working out better since I had COVID during the original delivery date but if I hadn't been sick that could've been more frustrating.

The process was great until I talked to customer service representatives. I talked to four different representatives and was constantly told different things. The lack of communication and knowledge from customer service was frustrating and made me uneasy. However, the car I received was great and was in perfect condition. Even though it was stressful and I am unhappy with the customer service I received, the process was still better than or the same as using a dealership.
