Finally, after talking to friends and family, we decided on the car we wanted. We found it on Carvana. Carvana treated us with utmost courtesy, no ridicule,sly comments, attitude. They walked us through all the car buying steps with ease, and then the car was delivered right to our house w/plates and registration--amazing!!! So far the car drives beautifully. What started as a casual browsing turned into the most seamless car-buying experience I've ever had. The initial purchase had my numbers not adding up, but I was able to speak directly with a Carvana Advocate who backed out the purchase for me and helped me go back through it again to get the best results. My car payment is lower than what I was paying for my trade-in, my insurance premium decreased, AND I got my dream car. Couldn't be happier with the whole process, and I felt much more comfortable with Carvana's online experience than I ever have in a dealership with a face-to-face sales representative. I had heard mixed reviews from a few friends about their experiences, but most of them took place in the middle of this glorious pandemic, so that wasn't SUPER surprising. I'm glad I waited it out and decided to try when I did, because I'm 100% satisfied with the whole experience.

This is the Way to buy a car ~ Everything was so easy. From choosing a vehicle, the paperwork, the delivery (such a nice & friendly guy), 7 day "trial" period,... The only way to make this better, would be sending me a second keychain, since this SUV came with 2 keys. I really do want another keychain, if you would kindly send me one. The BIG Bow on the hood was greatly appreciated!! I spoke to James before my SUV came, to finalize payment, and it was a great conversation. James was so nice and helpful, and definitely enjoyed his job. Even a phone conversation was time well spent!

Everyone I worked with at Carvana was delightful. They were friendly, well-informed and answered all of my questions to my satisfaction. The purchase process i.e. the contracts, the financing, the delivery were all handled efficiently with great communication throughout the process. Only two small criticisms: first, my vehicle had more scratches on it than were shown on the website image and two, they should lower their financing interest rates a bit (I went with my Credit Union) but neither of those were a deal breaker and I will definitely return to Carvana for any future vehicle needs!
