All the info was right there, I completed the prequal, made one call to customer service to clear up a question, then decided on a car and completed the application. Their process was transparent and efficient. Two days later the car was being dropped off in my driveway. Everything was exactly as it appeared on the site. I started researching Carvana join the Facebook group and became even more skeptical because of the reviews some amazing some not so amazing. I research the car that I wanted to purchase a started the process and the process was so amazing I could not believe it. The whole process took 10 days from start to finish it would have been less than 10 days but I myself rescheduled my delivery. The day of delivery I pulled up to Carvana and my car was there I inspected it inside and out test drove the vehicle and could not believe the only thing I needed to do was sign. I was searching for a car I could have within a couple of days so that's how I filtered my search. But then when I found a car it would change the date to weeks later. So when I called customer service. She said that it happens a lot bc they don't have appointments available to get the car…. But then why would I come up that I could pick up or get the car delivered in two days time. So that was super annoying to deal with. It was misleading and frustrating and I should have probably went elsewhere as soon as that happened. But my cousin said his process with Carvana was seamless. So I agreed to pick up on a later date. The guy who helped me when I picked up the car was the best part of my experience. He was helpful and understanding and super friendly. He filled up the gas tank for me and I was on my way. There were some scratches and paint damage that was not shown in the original listing so they placed a claim for me so I can get that fixed. The car was alot dirtier inside then I would have thought. I assumed they would have had the car detailed inside and out and by the smell and look they didn't. On top of that I get a text message and email saying the registration process is going to be delayed bc of Covid. Now I don't get why companies are still using Covid as an excuse for anything. I feel like it's a lame cop out not to be efficient. When I texted back saying it's sad people are using this excuse the live person I did get proceeded to belittle me for feeling this way. Saying people are still dying from Covid.. and acting appalled I even questioned why they are using Covid as an excuse. It's sad how brainwashed people are and how companies and the media are feeding us lies. So all in all I was disappointed and probably wouldn't recommend Carvana to my awake friends that know Covid is fake news and that people are actually dying of underlying conditions bc of their poor health and the toxic foods and chemicals they put in their bodies. It seems like this company needs to open its eyes and stop making excuses of a virus they used to scare us two years ago.Read More3.5 OUT OF 5
