First I should say, I found a great car, which I really like and I got it within 2 days of my target date, so from that standpoint, I am happy. I also think the customer service people were really good but the on-line experience could and should have been better and overall I wish they were more flexible, especially on the payment. They really want you to finance it through them and make any other arrangement difficult. The chat feature on the web site is useless, so having good human customer service really helped.
