The online process was very easy. There were very few steps that could not be completed with just what's in one's wallet. The car I ended up getting rules. The key fobs were both broken. They sent a key repair person to my workplace, and he had them working in 20 minutes. There were other minor cosmetic imperfections I complained about. They offered to pay to fix them, but I was so happy with the whole experience, I did not even bother taking the car in for those tiny little things. I think a prospective Carvana customer should know that the taxes, tags, and title are covered in the advertised price. That made a huge difference to me, as I hate going to the DMV for any reason. Also the crew that does multi-point inspection must be great. This car seems to be in tip top shape and condition. The driver was quick, knowledgeable, courteous, and patient as I took a short test drive. The experience really was just like on the tv commercial. That's what I was looking for, and Carvana delivered.
