Buying my vehicle was very easy. Finding what I wanted, financing, delivery were all stellar. Though all of that was exceptional the vehicle itself had a couple issues that I found very hard to believe that it went through the rigorous inspection Carvana boast about. My windshield was chipped pretty badly, the sensor cover that was shown intact on pics of the car prior to purchase was missing when it arrived for delivery and My front passenger seat was badly stained. Carvana addressed the first issues immediately. My windshield was set up for replacement and they approved a repair for the sensor. The one shop I called never called me back but I was able to find the part online for less than $20. I'll have the seats detailed to satisfy the staining but the inconvenience of me having to do all these things were a little disheartening. I had to go an hour out of my way on my day off and wait a couple hours to get my windshield repaired. Now if those things weren't an issue this would be an absolute 5 star experience.
