They kept their word to be hassle free without hidden charges. They certainly stand behind their vehicles, disclosing any defects in advance and making a return easy if necessary (was not needed in my case). Vehicle selection is awesome - far, far greater than all the dealers in my area. Found exactly what I was looking for. My only criticism is that communication is confusing at times. For example after uploading my documents, I still kept getting prompts in other areas of the site saying I still need to upload them. Also, I had a question/concern about a missing item and sent a request in 7 days ago. They said it would take up to 48 hrs for a response and still not have heard back. On the whole, I would use them again.
