Purchased a 2013 Subaru Impreza for my son for college. Looks good, they definitely did some detailing on the car. Not a car dealer 150 point inspection. Color of the car was listed as "black," it really is deep cherry pearl, but I had checked that on the title and researched it so no surprise at the delivery. Delivery was excellent, very nice and friendly.

The process was very easy. I feel like I got good deal on the car I purchased and a good value on my trade-in. My only complaint was that the car was delivered over two and a half hours past the scheduled delivery appointment and the detailing wasn't 100%. But the gentleman who delivered the car was so polite and made the process very fast and easy once he arrived. I would recommend Carvana as a great stress free experience.

So I really want to leave a open ended experience and not just do it through numbers. It mainly was a positive experience, except early on a technical glitch where my insurance information didn't go through with multiple tries with myself and my insurance agent. One person told me to have my agent call with the information and I thought it was taken care of and found out the delivery was canceled because of lack of communication. I called and then a woman I spoke to was patient and wonderful in fixing the glitch but then I had to wait several days before delivery. The person who delivered the car was excellent and very informative. The car is amazing and I am totally satisfied. Now that my seven days are up I am waiting to see how the process goes with my registration. I am not going to stress since they have 90 days. They have kept me updated on the process with texts and emails plus I have the ability to access online.

Caravan has some of the best car selections in the market and at a lower cost than there next competitor. reply to question is answer the next day. approval was quick and the car was delivered on time with a Caravan own great looking truck! The Subaru looks great, runs perfect with 7 days return if not satisfied! 3 months warranty if purchase. Included with my purchase is a very affordable Caravan's 36 months front to rear service warranty for a worry free ownership of the car!. 3 weeks of online car shopping from dozens of online apps base car sellers and it came down who had the most car selections with the best price and to me it was Carvana with a very helpful online support as well... 5*

I started to look for a vehicle the old fashioned way. By going online to local dealerships and making appointments to see cars. I did not realize how stressful that process could be. Price gouging used vehicles, bait and switch situations saying a car was in stock only to drive out and find out "it was just sold" within an hour of confirming it's available. High pressure to add on packages and use not so great financing. After a few days I had enough and decided to give Carvana a try. That night I found the car I wanted and went ahead and reserved it. The process took maybe an hour and I was in the comfort of my home with no high pressure sales situations or bait and switch BS. They delivered the car in time and anytime I had a question their client service team was very easy to get ahold of and work with. Seemed like they actually enjoyed answering the phone! My car ended up needing an AC tune up so I referred to their help site and found that they offer a 100 day warranty that covered all costs for the service. All I had to do was take it to one of the many shops in network, let that shop know it was under Carvana warranty and they covered the copay and the service fee. It was so simple! Carvana solves every pain point with shopping for vehicles on OfferUp or at a dealership and I honestly couldn't think of anything I'd change or critique.
