This time around I still got the good customer service, but instead got a dirty car that even still had dried up soda in the cup holders. All while they had put the "newly sanitized" card on it. There also was no goodie bag with a gas card/ travel cup/ tote. I didn't need the bag, but thought it weird they would stop doing it.
