I picked a car, it had free delivery & a 7 day/400 mile test drive to see if I was happy - good so far. My delivery driver (Giovanni) spotted a scratch on the door down to the metal that wasn't on the web page 360 view, and had submitted a repair request before he'd even arrived. Even better so far. My plates arrived today without me having to visit the BMV.
I added 2 year extended warranty (that you probably won't get from a dealer unless it's their own brand), but I also have 100 days Carvana warranty on the car anyway.
This has been the most hassle free car buying experience I've had, and with how crazy trying to buy a car (2nd hand or not) with the chip shortages these days, this was easy as pie.
I did have to make a few more phone calls than I was expecting because of website form-filling issues, but I worked in IT for 16 years. IT happens.
