There was an issue with the date of delivery, but with how things are now days I could understand. It was nice looking for cars and not getting hassled by the typical sales person on pressuring me into a car I don't want. Sam the delivery driver was so delightful and courteous. We went over the paperwork and I drove the car around to make sure It's up to my standards. I was very pleased. I would absolutely recommend Carvana to anyone who wants a car that's reliable and clean. I have had no issues with the car, other than spending too much driving it around. I also own a auto body shop, so I know what to look for when buying a car. This will be my future car buying for now on. Once delivered the interior was dirty,but delivery driver offered to clean the vehicle which I denied because it was a simple clean and only took me 1 minute to clean it up. Delivery driver was great and extremely nice. Easy delivery process. Came with only one key when it said it would come with 2. I was told I was going to get a check in the mail for the cleanliness and the lack of second key, but I have not seen the email or been contacted about getting that payment.Read More4.5 OUT OF 5

My car has terrible mechanical issues that should have been caught in step 1 of their promise. My car is still in the shop and it will cost me close to $800 to get it repaired. I will have to pay for "wear items" that should have been fixed by step 3. Or at least I should nave been notified that all 4 brake rotors were extremely rusted and pitted and would need to be replaced along with the break pads (wear items). Fortunately the warranty will fix the rusted rotors. And the leak from the thermostat housing. And the bent wheel. And the 2 bad wheel bearings. All of these items should have been discovered in step one of their promise. At this point, my mechanic has had my $30,000 car longer than I have. I am very dissapointed in their inspection process. If you buy a car from Carvana, do yourself a favor - GET IT INSPECTED BY AN INDEPENDENT MECHANIC.I highly doubt the Carvana mechanics are ASE certified.
