Looking at the cars online was so much easier than walking a car lot. The car I chose was exactly as pictured. When we went to the Carvana vending machine we brought friends. Marcus, our Carvana rep, made the experience fun for everyone by giving each of us a coin. The adults and kids had a great time and my car looked perfect and drove like a dream. This was the easiest time I have had purchasing a new car. The paperwork took about 20 minutes to finish, car was delivered to facility and I picked it up on my scheduled day which was 7 days from purchase. I would highly recommend giving them a try.

I bought my first carvana car around 2015 and had excellent customer service along with a freshly detailed car and a goodie bag. This time around I still got the good customer service, but instead got a dirty car that even still had dried up soda in the cup holders. All while they had put the "newly sanitized" card on it. There also was no goodie bag with a gas card/ travel cup/ tote. I didn't need the bag, but thought it weird they would stop doing it. My main concern was how dirty the inside of the car was upon receiving it.
