This is an amazing and easy way to buy a car. The process was so easy and fast that I actually called Carvana to make sure I was seeing everything correctly. The attention and focus on customer service is great. The car was everything they said it was. I would use this again. No sales pressure at all.

No glitches in purchasing my car. None at all. The service was above and beyond what I'd expected, and the purchase took very little time. I don't live in Georgia but Carvana were able to prepare all the documents for my state DMV, which was a concern I'd had before buying. Oh, and the car is perfect too!

Bad experience, inside of car was dirty, customer service could be better, didn't receive car as promised twice!!!

No easier way to purchase a vehicle than in your own home. No fighting with sales, no finance haggling, and no all day experience. In 30 minutes from finding the vehicle I wanted, I was through and happy. Easiest experience ever. This makes the 2nd car I have purchase from Carvana

Getting the news that my car was totaled after being in an accident really upset me. I wasn't ready to go out and buy a new car. I liked my car. So the search began for a safe SUV. I scoured the internet and did tons of research. My husband sent me links and one link happened to be from Carvana. I went onto the site and there was the SUV I wanted at a price much lower than any where in a 500 mile radius. I was able to look at it form every angle and was so impressed with how easy the website was to navigate. I continued to look, test drive, and haggle with sales associates at car lots. I kept coming back to Carvana. I made the decision that I was going to go for it. I clicked, filled out a few forms, and under 20 minutes (I desperately was trying to beat the 15 minutes) I had a "brand new to me" car. Arrangements were easy and they accommodated my schedule. When the car was delivered, I was amazed at the personal touches. Almost to the point where I don't want to share them and ruin the surprise for you. Little gifts were hidden in my car. My experience with Carvana was the simplest part of recovering from my auto accident. I truly feel like a valued customer. Thank you everyone that I chatted with online, spoke to on the phone, or received thank you cards from; you all are doing something great!

Car buying is not usually on my list of enjoyabe experiences, but this was the easiest way to buy a car. I had been researching a particular Volvo for 2 months prior to purchasing, so I knew what I wanted and what I wanted to pay. There wasn't many vehicle choices available, so I jumped on it when I saw it. The purchase process was very easy and really liked the option of having it delivered instead of picking it up in Atlanta. Since the purchase I received a hand written thank you note and even found a surprise gift card when I filled up for the first time.

This is the 2nd vehicle we purchased through Carvana. The experience was awesome! I love my Volvo - it's exactly what I wanted. The information available online is great and it's reassuring to have the 7-day test drive period. The purchasing/financing process was simple and painless. Car buying at its best - low stress and fun!

Working with the Carvana people was an easy experience, and the most interesting way to purchase a car. I would definitely buy through them again. My only criticism was that the car was not as clean as it should or could have been.
