I heard about Carvana from a coworker. Went online and searched for the type of car we were looking for. Search is easy and there are lots of customizable filters to find exactly the car you want. From there, the process couldn't be simpler. All the way up to delivery, the Carvana team makes it easy. No pressure, fair prices, no hidden fees, just excellent service.

Other than the really terrific Carvana website and the helpful & knowledgeable Carvana telephone staff my first face-to-face contact with Carvana was the afternoon that the unwashed delivery truck arrived with my new dirty car. It was a disappointing experience. Even though the driver came bearing gifts, my displeasure at seeing how poorly the car had been "detailed" was greater than any delight I may have received from the gifts. The website talks about the cost that Carvana bears to detail each car. With the exception of the terrific appearance of the engine bay I found dirty windows, dirty hard plastic interior surfaces and dirty mats and carpet. I can't decide if Carvana employees "planted" the disgustingly scented air fresheners under the front seats or if the "detailers" just missed them when they "detailed" the interior. It appeared that the car had gotten a local $12 carwash instead of a detail job. The price on the car was very fair. Completing my order on the website was painless and fast. Carvana telephone staff are top-notch and I have already recommended the company to many acquaintances with the caveat that the car may arrive in unclean and smelly condition. Obviously not all Carvana employees are car people

There's so many things that I loved about carvana but I'll keep it simple and point out the most important things to me. First off before the car arrived I had trouble uploading my identification for the application. I called customer service and a real person answered and completely helped me and I could understand her. Next, after having ruined my credit with divorce, carvana gave me the best interest rate I've ever had on a used vehicle. Now the car. I bought a 2015 Volkswagen beetle for my graduating daughter so she would have something safe to drive to college. The car arrived from Texas to Ohio in just two days and it was perfect. Still used, I did find one small scratch which was expected but buying a used car I focus on just a few things. Tire condition, engine compartment leaks, and tightness of the steering and suspension. Everything on this car was perfect including a new set of tires. So happy with my decision and my daughter is in love with the car. So, since this is a review I feel like I should point out one flaw. Luckily it's a cheap flaw so it definitely wouldn't make me turn away the car. The only thing about the car that wasn't perfect is the windshield wipers are very warn and very noisy and leaves streaks. Like I said, a cheap fix. Thank you carvana. I'll be back.

I bought my car about 2 weeks ago and so far so good the experience with caravans customer representatives was great had the answer I was looking everyone without hassle and the emails I sent where replied to with in a few hours

This was overall a great experience, not having to deal with the sales games at the dealerships. Picked out the car I liked, arranged the financing by just emailing a couple documents, and picked up my car a few days later. Took about 15 minutes to sign a couple papers, inspect the car and drive away. Was super easy. Would definitely recommend and would buy a car through Carvana again.

Impeccable service!! Everyone was extremely helpful throughout the purchase of my new VW (which I love). The quality of the vehicle selection is outstanding, and when the car arrived I was very satisfied that everything was as advertised. I would/have recommended Carvana to anyone who wants a quality vehicle, at a very fair price, sold by a very honest and helpful staff, and doesn't have to deal with potential dishonest/unreliable dealers. Love our 2014 Red VW Beetle. The best part was no deceitful car salesman, not feeling taken advantage of. The week after you have the option to return the car. We are very pleased with our Carvana experience
