Used Toyota Prius One

Bought the car after seeing some Carvana listings on Ebay. Did some research and found out 2 coworkers had bought from Carvana. One told me about a $500 discount card he had so I used that! Vehicle was delivered and as described with one exception. A wheel cover was missing and another was damaged during transit. The driver noted that and said they would be sending replacements. It has been a week and no contact from Carvana and no wheel covers.

I purchased this car a couple of weeks ago! I was attracted by your system, since I don't like dealing with typical used car sales people. They rate just higher than politicians. Carvana has a good business model, but it has some drawbacks. First is the virtual tour. There were defects or imperfections on the car that were not disclosed in the tour. One was a level three scrape on the rear bumper over a rear wheel. The other was damage (road rash) to the two front alloy wheels. I ended up keeping the car, but would have preferred these imperfections disclosed prior to delivery. Another issue was the the single smart key! Yes, some people turn in personal leases without the second key, and I appreciate that Carvana covered the cost of replacing the key ($375). However, I had to make two trips to a dreaded car dealership and wait an hour on the second visit for them to fit the key! It would have been nice to have known that on the front end!

I was a little nervous about buying a car 100% online but the prices simply could not be beat. It was so easy- it felt like we were shopping for a book on Amazon or something! We already knew what we wanted and had already had experience driving the car so it was as simple as finding the right one, and Carvana had so many of the "right ones" to choose from!

If you're in the market for a used car anytime soon, I strongly recommend giving Carvana a try. I'd been doing my research on buying a Prius since our last car got totaled in the Houston Tax Day floods. It didn't take long to see that Carvana consistently had the best prices and widest selection for what I wanted, but I was understandably trepidatious about buying a car sight unseen. Me and the internet are friends though, so I decided to give this process a shot, figuring there was almost no way it could be worse than what you go through with a traditional dealership, which I don't think anyone really enjoys. We'd actually bought and financed a vehicle through a dealership this April, so the experience was fresh in my mind and the contrasts could not be greater. When we bought our truck, we spent time commuting to the dealership that had the vehicle we were interested in, then there were a couple of exhausting hours negotiating the price, and then we had to make the 45-minute trip there again the next day in order to finalize everything with the financing. Not counting the time I spent researching and searching inventory while I waited for the insurance process to settle out and pay off our old car loan, I spent maybe two hours, tops, on the entire transaction with Carvana. That includes securing the financing, signing papers, and taking delivery of my car. In contrast to buying at the dealer, where the internet price is never the price they want to actually give you, and an initial estimate of an interest rate can change overnight, everything with Carvana was exactly what they said it would be. No one was pressuring me or trying to upsell me a bunch of stuff I didn't want or need, be that warranties or equipment. I knew when I was shopping that the price on the screen was what I would pay for the vehicle. While some may like wheeling and dealing, it's not my idea of a good time, so this gave me a huge amount of peace of mind. Obtaining financing with Carvana was as simple as a few clicks and a couple of minutes, and I was also incredibly pleased by how straightforward that process was, as well as with the rate I was offered. It was much lower than I'd anticipated, and I'm not sure I could have done better even if I'd expended a lot more effort. Plus, financing with them allowed me to feel even more secure that I'd be comfortable in my purchase, since it plugged that number in for every car I looked at then. There was no guess work at all about how much my payment would be- again, there's that important peace of mind. Best of all, my car was delivered right to my door! Our delivery was right on time, and the car was exactly what they'd said it was. Clint took the time to point out some of the dings that had been shown on the website to make sure I was ok with them, and even took the time to point out one that wasn't, letting me know he'd recorded it and it could be fixed at their expense with no issue. I went over all the papers with him and we were done with plenty of time left in the day to take our first trip in the new car down to Galveston- because instead of having been worn down by the whole affair, I was elated to have exactly the vehicle I wanted without any of the pitfalls of previous purchases! TL:DR- Carvana's model respected my time, energy, and intelligence. After this experience, there's no way I'll ever buy from a traditional dealership again.

I bought my very first car this month through Carvana and it was a breeze! I had memories of sitting in dealerships while my parents haggled and that was not something I felt comfortable doing. I found a car that seemed right, chose from several options of the same make and model, talked on the phone with some Carvana reps and bought the car in one night! They also make everything hassle free with signing your papers online, the 7 day test ownership, and all the goodies they give you! I'd recommend this to anyone.

It was one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had. Especially after going to a used car dealership, which was so obnoxious. Every time I called Carvana with a question they were so pleasant to deal with and super helpful! The car was delivered right on time and was very clean. He even turned the air on ahead of time so the car could cool down before I went for a test drive. Plus there was a fun gift bag in the car with snacks for my drive back!

I brought this on line a was a little nervous about the whole deal. But they called me when i got all the paper work done on line that took about 15 minutes. I set up a delivery date and time for them to bring new car. Not only were they on time with the delivery they call me 30 minutes before they would be there to deliver the car. And heres the best part they took my trade and took it off and gave me a fair market value for my trade in. So if you are looking to buy a used car this is the best place to do it. And one last thing they financed by car at 2.3% what a deal. Thanks again Carvana Fred

For two months I watched the Carvana site, hoping that my car would show up. During that time, I also checked other sites like Autotrader and Carfax, but had terrible luck when I actually saw the cars at the dealerships: some of the dealers seemed really shady; the cars were nothing like they appeared online; as a woman, I felt like I was seen as "a mark" by the salesmen... not good. Finally, one Friday afternoon, my car--a 2010 Toyota Prius--showed up on Carvana, and it was at the right price point! I was thrilled! I acted fast (like, really fast... I think it took about 15 minutes), and by the next Tuesday I was the owner of a Prius, which is averaging 46 mpg in the city. The site is awesome! The service is even better! I cannot say enough about Carvana... Just do it. You won't regret the buy.

I've had this car for about a month. I drive for uber so I needed a gas efficient car with a spacey interior! I drive about 200-300 miles/day and I fill up twice a day and average of $40 /week on gas!! This is awesome ! I like the car, the spacey interior, the technology inside, and the body shape. now I was disappointed with a few things. The acceleration on the car is extremely slow! You have to press the grass all the way just to get it running at a decent speed. If you press it like any other car, you'll be accelerating very slow at a green light and get a lot of angry drivers! Now I understand one reason they do this is to save gas but this is very frustrating ! Another thing I don't like is road noise! There is a huge amount of road noise on highways even though the drive is very smooth! I don't know why this is, but it's also very frustrating. Those are really the two complains I have but if anyone is just looking for a gas efficient car(not caring about looks) then I will recommend!

First of all, who is the right buyer? Someone who knows what car they want, and are looking for a trouble-free way to purchase it. Carvana doesn't have a showroom, so if you're debating between several cars and need to sit in them, try out the controls, and drive it around, then they're not a good fit for you. But in our case, we knew what car we wanted, and purchasing it through Carvana was easy. Their Website gave detailed photos of the cars we were considering, and clear pricing - no mysterious "doc fees" hidden in the small print; they just come out and show you the price. And their prices were better than what we found from other dealers. The selection was pretty good - not spectacular, but if you don't find what you want, it's easy enough to hit their site a few days later and see what's changed. Dealing with them was very easy. The car came when they said it would, and the people who delivered it were helpful and friendly. It was just as described, clean, and ready for use. We had one small problem with the car (windshield wipers were in poor condition), and they were very helpful with that. I've never bought a used car before, but Carvana has made me think I will probably be doing it again in the future.
