I've had a great experience with carvana and the customer service team. What they promise regarding the 7 day return window and swapping cars out is completely legit. Literally, after a ten-minute phone call my camry was scheduled to be picked up and exchanged for a prius. No questions, no hassle. Just friendly conversation, and everything was taken care of. Taking into an account their price (lower than average), customer service ( cohesive and super friendly) and ease of transaction, Id give them a five star rating any day.

I was unexpectedly in the market for a new car after my car was totaled. I was dreading the idea of visiting dealerships to test drive and negotiate. One day while browsing the internet for car listings, my husband came across the Carvana listing for a 2017 Prius v. It was exactly what I wanted! Everything was so easy. The purchase process took under an hour. five days later, the car was delivered to my driveway at the precise time it was promised. The sales associate let us take it for a quick drive, after which we completed some quick paperwork. She explained the seven-day test period, etc. After one commute to work and having my mechanic check out the car, I was confident about it. The seven-day test period is a great way to put your mind at ease when making such a large purchase online! We paid cash so can't comment on Carvana's financing. If we find ourselves in the market for another used car in the future, we will definitely look at Carvana!

Bought the car after seeing some Carvana listings on Ebay. Did some research and found out 2 coworkers had bought from Carvana. One told me about a $500 discount card he had so I used that! Vehicle was delivered and as described with one exception. A wheel cover was missing and another was damaged during transit. The driver noted that and said they would be sending replacements. It has been a week and no contact from Carvana and no wheel covers.

I loved the freedom to browse vehicles on the website without being pestered by sales people calling or e-mailing me constantly. I was undecided for several months if I was going to trade for another car so I browsed quite a bit. When I decided to buy, it was super easy and everyone I spoke to on the phone was very professional and friendly.

I sold my Lexus and bought a Prius thru Carvana. I didn't trust that I was getting a great deal in both ends so I did a ton of research. That was a huge waste of time! I got a great deal! The process was ridiculously easy and I will use Carvana next time definitely. Everyone I dealt with was knowledgeable and really friendly.

I purchased this car a couple of weeks ago! I was attracted by your system, since I don't like dealing with typical used car sales people. They rate just higher than politicians. Carvana has a good business model, but it has some drawbacks. First is the virtual tour. There were defects or imperfections on the car that were not disclosed in the tour. One was a level three scrape on the rear bumper over a rear wheel. The other was damage (road rash) to the two front alloy wheels. I ended up keeping the car, but would have preferred these imperfections disclosed prior to delivery. Another issue was the the single smart key! Yes, some people turn in personal leases without the second key, and I appreciate that Carvana covered the cost of replacing the key ($375). However, I had to make two trips to a dreaded car dealership and wait an hour on the second visit for them to fit the key! It would have been nice to have known that on the front end!

Love the sales team! Help me with all old lady issues and patient with me trying to figure it all out. Great team and answered all my stupid questions and had a good sense of humor and kind with my bad jokes. The deilervy man was great too. On time and early ask if OK to come early. Patiently walked me through everything and just as polite and kind with all my stupid questions. Most of all if they did not know the answer they told me and check. wow all cars need to be sold like this. Never pressured . Have not bought a new car for a few years and if all dealers were like this would have. They explained I could return it with no problems and give me another car or money back. Told me take your time we will answer any questions. Love these guys

I bought a 2013 Prius from Carvana. The entire process was easy and went smoothly. The website software makes it easy to find the car you want, all pricing was as advertised, there were no bad surprises with the condition of the car, and it was delivered to my house in Columbus, OH, for free by a nice guy named Milton, who then took my trade-in car with him. I made a claim with SilverRock to get a second key which cost me nothing. All-in-all, a very satisfying experience, we love the car, and we will probably buy again from Carvana. Their customer service is incredibly high - all of the staff we interacted with, both in-person and on the telephone, were friendly and knowledgeable.

I was a little nervous about buying a car 100% online but the prices simply could not be beat. It was so easy- it felt like we were shopping for a book on Amazon or something! We already knew what we wanted and had already had experience driving the car so it was as simple as finding the right one, and Carvana had so many of the "right ones" to choose from!

This is the second time I have used Carvana to purchase a car and I LOVE it. I tell everyone it is the best way to buy a car ever!
